How to Make
GOURMET ICE CREAM
Ready for the freezer – in less than 5 minutes
Just add 35% Whipping Cream and a little water!
One Ice Cream Mix Cream & Water 5 cups Ice Cream

DIRECTIONS:
- In deep, narrow mixing bowl add PRODUCT to 35% WHIPPING CREAM & COLD WATER in the amounts recommended in the Directions on package.
- Beat with electric hand mixer at low speed until blended. Increase speed to highest level and beat for the time indicated until thicker – or peaks form. Over-beating will cause cream to separate.
- Quickly pour into container/s.
- Freeze until desired firmness is achieved.
OPTION: Before freezing, create your own unique flavour by folding in nuts, chocolate chips, cookie crumbs, fruit – whatever you want! See our RECIPE page for ideas.
