Recipes
After whipping up your own Homemade Gourmet Ice Cream, and before putting it in the freezer, you have the option of mixing in a variety of things to create your own flavour. Here are a few ideas we have experimented with:
- Cut 3 regular size Reeses Peanut Butter Cups into cubes. Set them aside.
- Follow the DIRECTIONS on a package of IMPERIAL VANILLA Dutch Monarch gourmet ice cream mix.
Before you put it in the Freezer:
- Scoop approx. one cup (8oz) of the whipped-up product into a separate container.
- Sprinkle the cubed peanut butter cups on top.
- With a spoon, fork, or small spatula, push the cubes down into the cream then GENTLY stir them into the product until they are evenly distributed.
- Cover with a lid and Freeze.
- Continue doing the same to the remaining cream, or create a different flavour!
STRAWBERRY MARSHMALLOW ICE CREAM:
- Count out approximately 30 mini marshmallows. Set them aside.
- Follow the DIRECTIONS on a package of STRAWBERRY SUPREME Dutch Monarch gourmet ice cream mix.
Before you put it in the Freezer:
- Scoop approx. one cup (8oz) of the whipped up product into a separate container.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top.
- With a spoon, fork, or small spatula, push the marshmallows down into the cream then GENTLY stir them into the product until they are evenly distributed.
- Cover with a lid and Freeze
- Continue doing the same to the remaining cream, or create a different flavour!
- Follow the DIRECTIONS on a package of ROYAL DUTCH CHOCOLATE Dutch Monarch gourmet ice cream mix.
Before you put it in the Freezer:
- Scoop approx. one cup (8oz) of the whipped-up product into a separate container.
- Sprinkle 4 heaping teaspoons of Mini Chocolate Chips on top.
- Pour 2-3 teaspoons of Chocolate sauce on top.
- With a spoon, fork, or small spatula, push the chips and sauce down into the cream then GENTLY stir them into the product until they are nicely swirled throughout.
- Cover with a lid and Freeze.
- Continue doing the same to the remaining cream, or create a different flavour!
- Follow the DIRECTIONS on a package of IMPERIAL VANILLA Dutch Monarch gourmet ice cream mix.
Before you put it in the Freezer:
- Scoop approx. one cup (8oz) of the whipped-up product into a separate container.
- Sprinkle 2 heaping Tablespoons of Pecan pieces on top
- Pour 4 teaspoons of Butterscotch sauce on top.
- With a spoon, fork, or small spatula, push the pecans and sauce down into the cream then GENTLY stir them into the product until they are nicely swirled throughout.
- Cover with a lid and Freeze.
- Continue doing the same to the remaining cream, or create a different flavour!
